Jerusalem Grants Program – Phase IV

Supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Jerusalem Governorate.

The program offers co-financing grants of up to €60,000. Depending on the nature of the project, funding can be used to purchase new equipment and machinery or meet other expansion and development needs. The program covers part of the cost, and you contribute the remainder — investing together in your project’s success. Support goes beyond funding, with technical advice, capacity building, and specialized mentorship.

What the program offers

Co-financing grants

The program offers co-financing grants of up to €60,000. Depending on the project, these can be used to purchase new equipment and machinery, as well as fund other expansion and development needs.

For small and medium-sized businesses:

The program supports beneficiaries throughout the implementation of their projects with services including:

What is a co-financing grant?

A co-financing grant is based on shared investment: the program funds part of the project’s costs, while the beneficiary contributes the remainder.

20 – 60 %

The beneficiary’s required contribution ranges from 20% to 60%, depending on the support needed.

Equipment and machinery

Where appropriate for the project, the grant can cover the purchase of new equipment and machinery.

Who can apply?

The program targets small and medium-sized businesses in Jerusalem Governorate:

Small and medium-sized businesses

Businesses operating in Jerusalem Governorate that are legally registered or able to complete registration, in sectors such as tourism, commerce, industry, technology, services, food processing, crafts, agriculture, and creative industries. Projects seeking to purchase new equipment and machinery are encouraged, provided they have a clear development plan and can make the required contribution.
